Congratulations to the final winners of our Holiday Yard Decorating contest, as selected by our Parks and Recreation Commission! First Place winners receive a $100 gift card; Runners Up receive a $50 gift card.

In the Electronic Category

In the Traditional Category
1st Place: Boyd & Joni Phillips at 1380 W 1045 S
Runner Up: Steve & Marie Rasmussen at 1205 E 1450 S

 Do you or your neighbors have a knack for stringing lights, amping up holiday cheer, and creating a spirit of festive fun? If so, participate in this year’s Holiday Yard Decorating Contest! Clearfield City’s Parks and Recreation Commission will receive nominations November 26 through December 9 for the City’s finest displays of holiday lighting, in the categories of “Traditional” and “Electronic.”

Prizes will be awarded to first place winner and runners up. Rules and guidelines are below.

  • Nominations may be submitted by neighbors, friends, or self
  • Only residences within Clearfield city boundaries will be considered
  • Nominations will be received November 26 through December 9

How to nominate:

  • Send us a message on Facebook @ClearfieldCity
  • Comment on the Holiday Yard Decorating Contest Facebook Post
  • Take a picture of the decorated home, then tag @ClearfieldCity on Facebook or Instagram. Use the hashtag #ClearfieldLights

Information we need about the nomination:

  • The address of the residence (Remember, only Clearfield residences are eligible)
  • Whether the display is Traditional or Electronic
  • The name of the resident who you are nominating (optional)
  • The nominee’s name
