As part of Clearfield City's Good Landlord Program, all property owners or managers are required to attend a training class every two years, as well as completing the online training.

In addition to the training offered above, Clearfield City requires the completion of the following online presentation every two years. Failure to complete and submit proof of both trainings will result in the property owner's removal from the Good Landlord Program.
The following presentation will provide valuable information regarding the roles of the Clearfield City Police Department and Code Enforcement Division in providing services to rental units. Rental Dwelling License requirements will also be reviewed. This presentation takes approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. In order to get credit for completing this presentation, please fill out the final form with the information requested.
Please note, your Rental Dwelling License number that is issued by Clearfield City will be required on the final form.

A county pet license can be purchased at City Hall in the Finance/Utilities Department Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pet owners must bring proof of the rabies vaccination, as well as a spay/neutered certificate if the animal is altered. There is a discounted license fee for those 60 and over. The county dog license can also be purchased directly from the Davis County Animal Services.
