Stand up Paddleboard Yoga classes are now available
Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a low impact full body workout on the water. Maintaining balance on the water requires your core muscles to constantly be engaged. It’s the best cross fitness workout outside of the gym. Come try this 45 minute class where we mix exercise and yoga moves on the board! Boards are limited so register in advance at the front desk or call (801) 525-2641. Come prepared to get wet and please wear shorts over women’s bathing suits. Participants do not need to know how to swim. This class is for participants 16 years of age and older.
